Shipping policy
Snuggle Up Co ships to Canada and the United States. Domestic Packages are shipped via Canada Post, while international packages are shipped via Canada Post and USPS.
Shipping Time
The normal processing time for orders is up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday), excluding holidays. After your order has been shipped, delivery time are as follows:
- Within Canada: 2-8 business days
- Internationally: 4-10 business days
Please note that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, processing and delivery times may vary.

CANADA
- Expedited Parcel (CA Flat Rate): 5-14 business days
- Express: 1-4 business days
- Free shipping with orders over $45 CAD
UNITED STATES
- Expedited Parcel USA (US Flat Rate): 7-14 business days
- Express International: 2-5 business days
- Free shipping with orders over $45 CAD
Order Tracking
Parcels are shipped with a tracking number and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Each order defaults to Expedited Parch Shipping, which can be upgraded to Express Parcel Shipping for faster delivery.
Notices
Snuggle Up Co is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation strikes or other unforeseen events. We are also not liable for any additional fees, customs duties, or charges once the package has exited Canada.
Packages that are undeliverable by Canada Post and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
Snuggle Up Co is not responsible for missing or stolen packages.
